Terms & Conditions

Terms for using Lucenti's website, technical resources and dealer services.

Last Updated: 6 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Lucenti website, product information, downloads and dealer resources. Lucenti provides creative lighting products and control technologies for professional lighting applications.

If you purchase a product from a dealer, distributor or another seller, your sales contract is with that seller. These website terms do not replace the seller's terms, an accepted quotation, an order confirmation or your mandatory legal rights.

2. Intellectual property and permitted use

Website text, photographs, videos, product designs, logos and technical resources belong to Lucenti or their respective rights holders. You may consult documentation and use downloadable resources to evaluate, install or operate compatible products.

Brand assets supplied for dealer promotion must be used accurately and must not imply an affiliation or endorsement that has not been agreed. Other reproduction, modification or commercial redistribution requires permission from the rights holder.

Software, firmware and third-party tools may have separate licence terms, which continue to apply.

3. Product information and installation

Product descriptions, technical specifications, compatibility information and availability may change. Before placing an order or designing an installation, confirm the required model and current specifications with your seller or Lucenti.

Images are illustrative; screen settings and lighting can affect colour appearance. Follow the relevant product manual, electrical ratings, environmental limits and cabling requirements. Electrical installation and servicing must be carried out by appropriately qualified personnel where required.

Do not install incompatible firmware or exceed the documented system limits.

4. Quotations, orders and payment

Prices, currency, taxes, transport charges, payment methods and payment deadlines are those stated by the seller in the applicable quotation, checkout or order confirmation. Request clarification before ordering if any amount or condition is unclear.

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not by itself create an accepted order. Order acceptance and changes are governed by the seller's agreed sales terms and applicable law.

5. Delivery and availability

Delivery arrangements, lead times and shipping charges must be confirmed with the seller for each order. Any estimate should be distinguished from an expressly agreed delivery commitment.

Inspect the delivery and report missing items, transport damage or other issues to your seller promptly. This request does not limit any statutory right or legally applicable claim period.

6. Returns, warranty and support

Contact the seller from whom you purchased the product for returns, cancellation requests, warranty claims and return authorisation. For technical assistance, contact Lucenti at info@lucenti.lighting. Do not send equipment back without confirming the correct recipient and procedure.

Any commercial warranty or business-to-business return arrangement is governed by its stated terms. Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and the legal guarantee of conformity, remain unaffected. These terms do not create a fixed return period or replace the rights applicable to your purchase.

7. Privacy and dealer access

The Privacy Policy page contains the privacy policy for the Vinci mobile application. Website enquiries and account requests should contain only the information needed to answer your request; contact info@lucenti.lighting for website-related privacy questions.

Dealer access credentials are for authorised users. Keep them confidential, use resources only for authorised business purposes, and report suspected unauthorised access. Access does not grant ownership of the materials or unrestricted permission to redistribute confidential resources.

8. Website availability and responsibility

Lucenti may update website content and downloads or interrupt access for maintenance. Check that the documentation and software you use match your equipment and installation.

Responsibility for products and services is determined by the applicable sales contract and law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including mandatory consumer protections.

9. Applicable law, changes and contact

These website terms are governed by Belgian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these terms do not remove a consumer's right to bring a claim before a legally competent court.

Changes to website terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter an existing purchase contract. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
